Dr. Brent Constantz and his wife, Sylvia, bought a four-bedroom, 3.5 bath at 240 Sea View Terrace in Watsonville for $1.95 million from Jeffrey and Susan Williams on Feb. 29.
The Williamses paid $585,000 for the property in April 2002.
The 3,380 square foot home was listed for $2.1 million.
Dr. Constantz is the president and CEO of the Calera Corporation, a Los Gatos-based environmental company focused on finding solutions to global warming. He is also the chairman and CEO of Biomineral Holdings LLC in Los Gatos, an orthobiologics company he founded under the name Skeletal Kinetic LLC in 2002.
He also serves on the board of the Environmental Molecular Science Institute at Stanford University, where he is a consulting professor in biomedical engineering. He earned both his Ph.D. and master's in Earth Sciences from the University of California-Santa Cruz. He received his bachelor's in Geological Sciences and Aquatic Biology from the University of California-Santa Barbara.
