Allen H. Fleishman and his wife, Teresa, sold their three-bedroom, two bath at 107 Glen Dr. in Aptos for $690,000 to Dr. Waymond Jung on April 14.
The Fleishmans bought the 1,035 square foot house for $240,000 in 1999.
Mr. Fleishman is an attorney who works at the Law Offices of Fleishman and Weisman, located in San Jose. He specializes in family law and probate matters.
He previously worked as a Vista Volunteer Lawyer in the Blue Ridge Mountains in Virginia. He earned his bachelor's from the University of California-Berkeley (1967), his M.B.A. from the University of Illinois and his J.D. from the UCLA School of Law ('71).
