Steven Fontenot sold his three-bedroom, two bath at 534 Arroyo Seco in Santa Cruz for $1.109 million to the Biondi Trust on April 17.
Fontenot paid $295,000 for the 1,665 square foot house in Sept. 1997.
Fontenot is the QA manager and supervisor of PIX System in San Francisco.
In his 17 years working in the software development industry, he has worked for Borland International, Inc., Novell, Inc., Cisco Systems, Inc., and the Agile Software Corporation. He also has experience in start-up environments with Synchron Networks, Inc., Cranite Systems, Inc., and Sticky, Inc.
He holds a bachelor's in chemistry from the University of California-Santa Cruz and an M.B.A. from Santa Clara University.
