Bicycle specialist buys Watsonville 4BD
460 Peaceful Oaks Lane
Mario Galasso and his wife, Carol, bought a four-bedroom, four bath house at 460 Peaceful Oaks Lane in Watsonville for $1.267 million from Ronald Sommerville and his wife, Ruby, on June 10.
The Sommervilles paid $119,000 for the 4,181 square foot house on Oct. 1986.
Mr. Galasso currently serves as the vice president of the bike division at FOX Racing Shox. He was hired for the position in March 2003.
He previously founded his own engineering consulting firm, Inside Line, and has also started his own bicycle component design and manufacturing company, Nth Degree.
He earned his bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering from the Worchester Polytechnic Institute in Worcester, Mass.
