Telecom company president sells for $1.1 in Scotts Valley
Ronald Lesniak sold his five-bedroom, 3.5. bath at 130 Royal Oak Ct. in Scotts Valley for $1.1 million to Linda Dennis and her husband, David, on June 13.
Lesniak paid $650,000 for the home on April 1998.
Mr. Lesniak is the founder, president and CEO at Teledex, a company that designs and manufactures telecommunications products for the hospitality industry. The company is based in San Jose.
He previously served in marketing, sales, and senior management roles with a number of Silicon Valley companies, including ROLM Corporation and IBM.
He received his bachelor's in engineering from Marquette University in Milwaukee and his M.B.A. from Loyola University of Chicago. He received his Ph.D. from the University of Phoenix.
