Couple settles into Aptos 2BD for $650K

Rick Tait and his wife, Lucy, bought a two-bedroom, two bath at 404 Ewell Ct. in Aptos for $650,000 from the Mlmi Trust on June 19.

The Taits paid $1,685,091 for the property in April 2005. The 1,200 square foot home was built in 1960.

Mr. Tait is a manager of manufacturing systems at Power Integrations, a San Jose manufacturer of high-voltage, analog integrated circuits primarily for use in electronic power supplies.
