Lawrence Chickos sold a three-bedroom, 2.5 bath townhouse at 4233 Grace St. in Capitola for $689,000 to Susan Johnson on July 3.
The 1,800 square foot Unit A was built in January.
Chickos is a home builder for Thunderbird Real Estate in Santa Cruz, which built the development that 4233 Grace is in.
