Plantronics exec spends $1.395M in Scotts Valley

Clay Hausmann and his wife, Christie, bought a four-bedroom, 2.5 bath home at 38 Casa Way in Scotts Valley for $1.395 million from Relocation Advantage on Aug. 19.

The 3,512-square-foot house was built in 1988.

Mr. Hausmann serves as vice president of corporate marketing at Plantronics, a designer, manufacturer and marketer of lightweight communications headset products based in Santa Cruz.

Mr. Hausmann joined Plantronics in May 2005 as vice president of corporate communications and was appointed his current position in May 2006.

Prior to joining Plantronics, Mr. Hausmann served as managing director of the San Francisco and Los Angeles offices of Ogilvy Public Relations Worldwide. He earned his bachelor's in broadcast journalism from the S.I. Newhouse School of Public Communications at Syracuse University.
